NOTICE
Art 1 - Aims and Purposes
L 'ART WORKSHOP EXPO 2010 National Contest of Painting, Photography and Sculpture aims to research, promotion and sale of the Works of contemporary visual arts in Italy.
L 'ART WORKSHOP EXPO 2010 awards prizes of the total value of € 1,200.00.
L 'ART WORKSHOP EXPO 2010 provides for the establishment of an exposure in an area of \u200b\u200b400 square meters at the Shops at Via Minganti Liberation 15 in Bologna in the period from December 4 to December 31, 2010.

requirements for participation in EXPO 2010 ART WORKSHOPS are open to all artists of any nationality, provided they have completed their eighteenth year age.
3 - Works
The work with which you compete to represent the more poetic and artistic expression of the candidate.
any person is permitted and not figurative, (figure, landscape, still life, etc.) with the theme and technical graphic, pictorial or sculptural freedom. For pictorial or graphic technique using manual means any oil, acrylic, ink, vinyl, watercolor, graphite, pencil, industrial paints, digital painting, etc.. on any surface: canvas, paper, wood, plastic, iron, etc.. The recommended dimensions are 50 cm. base by 70 cm. height for the paintings (excluding frame), and photographs, cm. 60x60x60 for the sculptures. Whether
the paintings for the picture hanger is required for display.
The artist must declare the value of his work on such a sale during the 'exposure, we will keep a percentage of 20%.
4 - Press
the prizes will be distributed as follows:
Three prizes worth € .400,00 each winner for each of the three categories of Painting, Sculpture and Photography.
5 - Terms of Participation
The signatures of all artists' WORKSHOP ART EXPO 2010, together with all the requirements of Art. 7, must be received by November 15, 2010, those responsible for organizing Art at the following email address: esposizionearte@gmail.com, and must include the statement provided for in Article. 7 of Invitation.
Works must be received no later than November 20, 2010, at the following address Fogacci Rubens - Via Fioravanti 46 / 2 - ch. 40129 - Bologna (Bo)
6 - Registration fee to participate in
'WORKSHOP ART EXPO 2010 is scheduled for a registration fee for administrative costs and organization, postal operations, logistics vary, mounting shows, etc. ..
- € 60.00 for participation in an Opera:
The registration fee must be paid by bank transfer IBAN IT 11 Q 02 008 36 592 000 010 289 541 payable to Rubens Fogacci with causal EXPO WORKSHOPS ARTS 2010, or by charging to Pay Post number 4023 6004 7538 9161 and must bear the words strictly EXPO ART WORKSHOPS 2010.
7 - Conditions for Participation
Participation is provided with a work by artist (see article 6). To participate in
'WORKSHOP ART EXPO 2010 are to be sent via mail esposizionearte@gmail.com the material specified below: a.
Participation Form duly completed and signed
b. A copy of the Notice duly signed on each page
card - bio - bibliography of the artist as follows
- personal data
- Mailing address
- biographical notes include training, studies, etc ...
- list (including discursive) of major exhibitions and publications of the artist.
c. Image resources
color photo of the work with which contributes the minimum size of 13x18 cm on the back the following information: name of candidate, title of work, technical and material support, measures of the work, year of execution and Section which contributes to painting, photography or sculpture.
d. A copy of the receipt of the Registration Fee.
The absence of one of these items will void your participation in 'WORKSHOP ART EXPO 2010.

8 - Jury selection criteria
The Selection Committee consists of the following artists, historians and critics:
- Marina Molinari - Director of the Center Workshops Minganti
- Salvatore Russo - Art critic and journalist Art Boè
- Venturi Art - Sculptural art lovers and owners foundry Venturi
- Ugo Cacace - Lecturer and Director of Photographic Art Gallery Little
- Giulia Romanini - Art Collector
The technical quality, research, innovation, and the relevance of opera e dell’interpretazione saranno i criteri fondamentali per la premiazione delle opere da parte della Commissione Giudicatrice.

Art. 10 - Date della manifestazione
4 Dicembre 2010 – ore 17.00 presso le Officine Minganti Way of Liberation 15 - Bologna, will open the 'ART WORKSHOP EXPO 2010, the National Contest of Painting, Sculpture and Contemporary Photography, followed by buffet.
December 18, 2010 - 17:00 at the Officine Minganti Way of Liberation 15 - Bologna, award by the Board.
to each participating artist will be honored with a copy of the magazine Art Journal (Bimonthly Art)
December 31, 2010 18.00-term exposure.
11 - Communications
E 'to welcome the presence of the Artists' inauguration.
Works may be withdrawn from January 2, 2011 at Officine Minganti away free 15 - Bologna, within 15 days after the end of the show. In case of inability of the artist or his nominee to withdraw the books in person, will be provided the opportunity to send their works to 'address of' Artist, which will cover the shipping costs and the withdrawal by the carrier of his address.
Works not withdrawn within the period mentioned above shall remain the property of 'WORKSHOP ART EXPO 2010 or collections of public and private organizations that contribute to the implementation of the Review.
12 - Press and Publicity
The event will be advertised through invitations and advertisements on newspapers (Art and Art Journal BOE) through websites and electronic channels.
The vision of the exhibition will be viewable through streaming throughout the period of 'WORKSHOP ART EXPO 2010.
13 - Acceptance and Copyright
1. Accepting the invitation of 'WORKSHOP ART EXPO 2010 at the time of' entry, the Artist agrees to all the norms set out in the notice.
2. The 'artist responsible for authorizing the EXPO ART WORKSHOPS 2010 to treat the participant's personal data in accordance with Law 675/96 (Privacy Law), as amended D.lsg 196/2003 (Privacy Code) for the purpose of the event to promote the artists either via web or communications and marketing, and may essere utilizzati dall’ organizzazione senza dover chiedere il consenso delle parti.
3. L’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di apportare variazione al bando qualora ne presenti la necessità, con tempestiva comunicazione a tutti gli artisti.
